Governance & Voting

Fundamentally, EDE is creating a global and community-owned economy. It can't be a centrally planned economy, and it can't be an oligopoly that favours the few. We want to lean into a decentralized structure because we believe it has unique properties that make it better than centralized organizations in the long term.

In the early stages, EDE will utilize the Snapshot tool for community voting, allowing all $gEDE holders to exercise their voting rights on future protocol updates. Additionally, we plan to develop a robust DAO tool based on the ESBT system to further enhance governance capabilities. the snapshot voting link: https://snapshot.org/#/edefinance.eth
