Aiming to be truly permissionless and decentralized, the EDE protocol is committed to serving the interests of its community indefinitely. The EDE governance system is designed to be democratic and transparent. In order to achieve this, 25% of the protocol fees are allocated to the DAO Treasury, which accumulates assets for the DAO and establishes a floor price mechanism for the $EDE token.
